We value your privacy. We do not collect, monitor, or transmit any diagnostic telemetry, usage analytics, personal identifiers, or metadata about the files you share.

3. Security Protocols

Connections occur directly between the sender device running AirDrive Desktop and the receiver's web browser. No intermediate proxy servers handle the file content, ensuring peer-to-peer security.

4. Email & Support Contacts

If you contact us for support or refunds, we will only use your email address to address your specific request. We never sell, lease, or share your contact info with third parties.
